Frequently asked questions
Is your cheese vegetarian?
Yes! We use vegetarian rennet, cow’s milk and salt, all natural animal friendly products.
Is your cheese organic?
Unfortunately not, the milk cannot be produced organically on Bute, but the cows are grass fed, so it is as close as possible, we are now using organic sea salt.
